Breakfast at Mary's Kitchen on September 1, Labour Day:
Organic oat flour, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, almond milk, baking powder (from Oh She Glows) plus the best-tasting jam around: Crofter's Organic Wild Blueberry from Parry Sound, ON.
Plus fresh fruit, scrambled cheessy eggs, bacon, and really, really, good fresh ground/brewed coffee.
Heaven on earth.
