I'm no beer connoisseur but my son introduced me to Royal City Brewing last night and I know what I like, and I love it. Unfiltered and unpasteurized (best enjoyed within a day or two after purchase directly from the brewery), I'm adding this to my list of things I will dearly miss when I am away from Guelph.
